Product Characteristics

1. The L-series are traditional heavy-duty machining centers with two linear way and one box way, or three linear way. The standard configuration features ball bearing guides, meeting the demands of high-speed, heavy-duty cutting.
2. The product range is comprehensive, from 850L to 1890L, suitable for machining various small to medium-sized metal parts.
3. Various modular configurations are available to meet customers' personalized choices for different processing needs: coolant through spindle, ring spray spindle, 8000rpm belt spindle, and 10000~15000rpm direct connection spindle.
4. This machining center is primarily designed for parts processing, accelerating machine feed rates while meeting the high rigidity requirements of cutting.
5. The 1270L worktable has a double-layer structure, effectively improving its resistance to deformation.

For the mold frame industry,three roller linear rail models, 870BL3, 1165BL3 and 1175BL3, are launched. The strong rigid body structure can be equipped with left and right double tool magazinesto meet the high rigidity cutting requirements of the mold frame industry such as whirlwind milling, and the cutting force and efficiency are significantly improved
