 Joint Machinery - Seven-Axis Five-Simultaneous Milling and Turning Machining Center 

Product Characteristics:

 1  The ultra-compact milling spindle ensures the smallest footprint in the machining area, a more spacious, transparent and accessible workspace, and the operating distance from the spindle center is reduced to a minimum.

 2  The maximum turning diameter of 630mm is achieved through the large stroke of the moving column axis: the maximum torque of the spindle is up to 764Nm. Complete 6-sided processing can be performed through the optional sub-spindle. The eccentric processing Y-axis stroke is up to 200mm, and the moving column design provides maximum stability. 5-axis linkage processing of free-form surfaces.

 3  Milling and turning compound spindle (12000rpm, 54kw, 175/210Nm). 40bar center water outlet, cleaner chip breaking. Choose Skeler milling and turning compound electric spindle, stable and guaranteed quality.

 4  The standard energy-saving measures can save up to 29% of energy. A wide range of optional configurations ensures maximum productivity. Multiple tools ensure the highest flexibility during processing and the shortest loading and unloading time (the disc tool magazine is equipped with 24/36 tool positions as standard). The workpiece diameter is up to Φ630mm, the turning length is up to 3000~6000mm, and the full set of milling and turning processing with extremely high stability and long-term precision retention.

 5  The base and moving parts are made of Meehanite grade high-grade cast iron. Siemens S120 drive with 3 times overload capacity and Siemens 1FT series motor with high motion characteristics are selected. TCU30.3+ICP427E is selected as the HMI interactive host, and the IPC has higher computing speed and higher storage capacity. The B axis with direct drive motor achieves the highest precision, with a rotation range of ±120° and a positioning accuracy of <5μm.
